I would call this “harsh” and indirect lighting with a shallow depth of field. It seems like a relatively low-light room, and there’s tons of shadows making the images noisey. On cameras, the more you open the aperture to let more light in, the narrower your focus becomes. That’s why there’s so much blur or “bokeh” in the images.

The biggest use-case I see for hydrogen is more of an energy storage and transfer mechanism. With the world switching to renewables that generate power inconsistently, some countries are looking at putting the extra power into hydrogen generation via electrolysis, which can then be used at night/low-wind days to keep the power grid stable.

If we ever get to the point that we’ve got a surplus of renewably generated hydrogen, then it could make sense to start using to power cars, heating, cooking, whatever.

I don’t know what bars you frequent, but I’m pretty sure if someone was in there filming strangers they could be kicked out. It depends what kind of place you’re in. Filming in a strip club for example would obviously be against the rules. Bars are not publicly owned spaces, and you do have some expectation of privacy in them.

Yep. Ubiquiti sells wifi 7 APs and the latest phones support it as of some time last year I think. The big new feature is 6GHz and the ability to automatically hop between frequencies (You can use 6, 5 and 2.4GHz all at once). Latency has been great, and I easily get 1Gbps+ in the same room as my wifi.

Hahaha, that hardware is built to be as cheap as possible so they can make money on this scam of a product. I doubt the people making it even know what a TPM is from everything else we’ve seen.

That doesn’t seem worth it when you can fit that amount of storage in about 20 L with lithium ion cells (think a small PC case), or something like 40 L if you used sodium ion cells, which are looking like a new alternative.

Concrete offgassing of CO2 is already a big contributor to greenhouse gasses, so I can’t imagine this battery version is improving things there. You’d probably have to wire your whole basement with electrodes to even access the stored energy.

It’s sad probably 90% of this stuff won’t make it back to it’s original owner. Who’s still got serial numbers or receipts for something they bought in 2014? Most people will have moved on or had insurance replacements already
